On Saturday, September 15 SoundTable's 2nd Space was transformed into a art gallery/ music hall for the fundraising event Forget Me Not Tonight benefiting The Walk to End Alzheimer's. From a cover charge of $5, to drink specials, silent art auction, and very generous attendees, the event raised over two-thousand dollars for the cause.
Musical guests included Lauren St. Jane and The Dead Westerns, Matt Dellinger, Somebody's Brother, and Mario and Matt Duo. Aerobics Cube members Niki Wing and Kim Burdges (also Mixtape Atlanta co-founder) served as the night's emcees. Erin Greenway, fellow Aerobics Cube member, was one of the event's organizers and is a personal champion in the fight to end Alzheimer's; she moved many with an eloquent speech about her direct connection to the cause.View photos of the successful, fun event here.
